Probably because the vast majority of people buying the CE are going to buy the CE no matter what and don't require any special discounts to ensure a sale.

You may want to be careful with a vacuum around chipsets, as vacuums cause a lot of static electricity build up and can fry your board. You're much better off blowing it out with compressed air from an air compressor.

Only reasons I think it's possible is because this guy preordered months in advance from amazon, so ideally there is no reason why he should not have a CE otw. Also, it is just a tin case, not a steelbook from what I've read. A lot of people are saying it's pretty cheap quality overall so maybe...

I think it may be possible that this is still the CE but that it was shipped in a bubble mailer instead of a box. I think 1.5lbs for the CE is an inflated weight, used just because its being shipped in a box. The artbook is barely 32 pages correct? Hmm there may be hope still.... lol

I wouldn't expect a 2nd printing tbh. I think the only thing they should have done to prevent this kind of frenzy was say specifically when you had to preorder by, then there would be no confusion etc etc at all. I think the people who got screwed the most were people who ordered at retailers...
