I called our local GameStop yesterday and got a trade-in quote of 22.00 for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron for Xbox 360.
Apparently, Mr. Universe swears it's 24.00. So I questioned myself and called GameStop again today, and again got $22.00 as a trade-in quote. There's no *regional*...
For starters, the GameStops in our area are under orders NOT to give trade quotes by phone.
Secondly, with that attitude, I wouldn't share it if I DID find out. Thanks for nothing.
Does anyone have a more current BASE trade-in quote for the Xbox 360 System w/Wireless controller? Usually when GameStop runs their "bonus" promotions they bring the base value down significantly to balance it out. I heard they're doing $55. Can anyone confirm/deny?
My sincere apologies, my memory was faulty. Thankfully you didn't waste the trip, though.
It's actually 22.99. Not 12.99. I don't know why I thought 22.99 was such a good deal. Probably because it has traditionally retailed for 29.99.
I bought identical bundles at Hastings a little over a year ago, you might want to check a local Hastings shop (or maybe gohastings.com, their website?) and see if any of them have any left.
Although, Hastings was asking a bit more ($80 for the NGPC/6-game bundle, I think maybe $40 for the 4-game).

Picked up my 56K modem adapter (used) at GameStop roughly a week ago for $4.99. SKU is 900558. Something to look out for.
Of course, I sold Phantasy Star Online Ep. 3 after finding I couldn't use my ISP with it, so I have no use for the darn modem. Maybe I'll keep it as a keepsake or something.

Nope, no apostrophes on this Japanese fansite list.
I was looking at my friend's copies of Ys Book I+II for Turbo CD and Ys III for Super Famicom (not the SNES version), and they are quite apostrophe-less.
Reason being is that Ys is the name of a...
Grabbed the last copy of the WoW Collector's Edition for $39.99 at the Boise, ID Target on the Clearance rack. So this deal isn't totally isolated. They had several Wow Regular Editions left, still at $50 if I remember right.
The other Targets in the Treasure Valley did not have any left in...
