Wow BBY really does suck at cancelling Xbox certs paid with gifts card. Talked to support. In store only for rewards on Xbox cards.

They actually sent kit for free. Ecert with no expiration. Cart literally said reward would not work on Xbox bux. Now I'll be able to use on whatever.

Sorry, but reward certificates can’t be used to buy gift cards or specialty items. I thought this worked before. Doh. $10 expiring soon. Maybe that ring kit for 70 cents.
