went in today (my pro expires 8.18.23) and the guy behind the counter said it would not let him renew. Anyone had this happen before? I know i was on a trade ban with this account...I wonder if they are banning memberships now? 

Went to a local gamestop yesterday to pick up kirby. There was a mom and her 2 kids in there buying a ps5. The cashier was telling them "Its corporate policy to add insurance to all ps5s now" and he said they "have to sell pro memebership to get your details for the insurance" I literally...
