I am actually very curious which engine they will use for Elder Scrolls 6. Are they going to jump to UE5 or keep the Creation Engine? I can't even imagine ES6 releasing on Creation and looking/running worse than Oblivion remastered.

So looks like you have to buy the Deluxe edition if you want the new quests. The upgrade for 9.99 only lists the "Unique digital Akatosh and Mehrunes Dagon Armors, Weapons, and Horse Armor Sets Digital Artbook and Soundtrack App". Wonder if they really are exclusive to the digital deluxe.
