Personally, I don't think they should buy back (or sell at their stores) any games that are missing manuals or cases. This is especially bad with their DS games. I think you would see children change their behavior and actually keep the manuals and cases safe if they knew they couldn't trade...

The games you list are all VERY good games. The less good games usually drop in price much faster. I also try to stay away from the PSN games unless I really want them because even though they are cheaper, you can't sell them so the net cost of playing them may be higher.
