That’s what I was thinking too. I only purchase used games from them over the years and never had to deal with their customer service. Guess I’ll find out how good it is when they respond.

Same here, but I didn’t give up. Amazon still has a few of these pop in and out of stock intermittently. I managed to place an order for 1 about 20 mins ago for delivery Dec. 10th.
