All is forgiven. Brandsmart is closer to me than Fry's so I was able to pop over there and they had several copies. They still had at least one copy in stock when I left...though their videogames area is incredibly disorganized. You'll have to dig around in there to find a copy. Thanks OP...

You've got to be kidding me! I just drove 20 miles round trip to try and catch this deal at FRYS. Now you tell me it's at Brandsmart? BTW, Frys at Gwinnett Place in Atlanta is sold out of Resistance 2. Not that it matters. *sigh*

I would be surprised to see something like that Morphiend. It would be very clever of some e-tailer to put together a special package like that. But given the fact that it's a "band" game and not a "guitar" game I would be very surprised to see Harmonix/EA package it in such a way...

Good point. Though with the release 2 months away they have plenty of time to correct a mistake, and if they don't honor the purchase I'm happy to cancel and pick it up for the +$10 that all B&M store will sell it for on release day. I won't be buying it from CC B&M though, that's for sure...
