Question about the sims exclusive. Is the PC version the deluxe version or just the regular sims 3?

I got a 360 during amazon sale and was on the xbox website and it says I can't play regular xbox games on an 360 arcade. Is there a way around this only have a few games and would rather just have one system for it.

Debating between the CC 360 Arade bundle and Target Pro bundle

Not interested in rock band game bundle, I considered the BB but really only one of the four games is of interest to me. If I go the CC route would buy online. My tv is 720p would the HD cable make much of a difference over composite on my current tv.
