The current 80GB is PS2 emulation compatible only, unlike the 20GB and 60GB versions. I wouldn't put it past Sony to disable the PS2 emulation at the next gen.

I preordered mine back in January and they haven't changed the pricing. Went ahead and placed another one last night just before they increased the pricing to $130. We'll see what happens there. My friends have theirs in at Gamestop and they got the phone call about the increased pricing...
