I got the email saying " You have FutureWeapons Microsoft Points" but there is no code in the email. There is a light blue under all the words which i assume is where the code is suppose to be. That is completely empty. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I recently got burnout legends from frys for only 37.99 and picked up a copy for my friend. I must say the game is fantastic and really fun on the go. My friend comes over the other day and i hand him the copy and say lets play! Then he boots up and it says its cannot run unless he installs...
