I tend to not buy the newest version of Madden at release as I feel $60 is way to much to spend on sports games. This 08 version would last me until 2009 reached a similar price point.

Don't know if this will help but it's going to be $30 at CC starting Sunday. That is actually when I'll be picking up my copy can't wait! :lol: I agree though about $40 price tag, ridiculous for any DS IMO.
