I like that Amazon.ca is doing limit one per customer on the preorders. I wonder if they also block multiple orders.

If only the post was to brag! Don't worry, I didn't get Ness, Robin, or Lucina. And now this credit card thing jeopardizes the Amiibo I did actually manage to preorder. I also want to say that I'd not have gotten any orders in were it not for CAG, so thanks to all who post their finds here.

I think you can just bring your receipt to Target starting tomorrow to get a price adjustment. No need to even bring the Amiibo back to the store.

I have over $200 in preauthorizations showing from my various attempts to purchase nonexistent gold marios for pickup. These should all drop off within a week or so unless Walmart messed up and actually charged the card (which Walmart says they do not do until you pick up the item in store)...

Haha me too. It's been showing available for pick up at a different store every couple hours for the last 2 days, but all orders get cancelled. I keep on trying though!

This is what happens to me on every pick up order I place. Almost all are cancelled within 5 minutes due to an "error processing payment". I agree with you the problem is not our payment.

Anyone having any luck with gold mario in store pickup today? Walmart.com keeps showing gold mario in stock, but never available when I try to add to cart. The store locations keep changing too, but none of them seem to actually have stock.

I've gotten nothing but cancellations from Walmart for in store pick up.  Some come almost immediately, others after a few hours. I went to one of the closer stores where the website claimed they had 4 in stock.  Employee said there haven't been any since midnight Friday.

Can you buy now, and then ask Target to adjust the price once the sale starts?

You could also paint it. Someone posted a picture earlier in this thread of their painted Mega Man Amiibo collection. Looked awesome!
