When does the sale end?

So is Walmarts $25 game deal starting next week on thursday the 28th or tomorrow the 22th? this article says the deals are starting the 22 at 8am, but the ad says not until next week the 28 6pm. 

The only Black friday Vita bundle I've seen is for Gamestop. $200 with the walking dead game digital copy  and 4gb memory card.
