Can anyone recommend Flow? I just picked up a PS4 and never ended up playing it on PS3.

I have a problem. I really want to buy NBA Jam while it is on sale but I am afraid that it may become part of the 12 for '12 discounts for PS+. Anybody think it's possible that NBA Jam will be cheaper than the $9.99 sale price as a part for the 12 for '12 deal next week?
