Man, the only bad thing about living in Bellevue is that the closest Kmart is a little north of Seattle (and the employees are always clueless when I go there). I almost miss Bellingham for the fact that Kmart was close and the electronics section was pretty knowledgeable. I'm not up North...

Hmmm, I have it preordered at Newegg for $46.99, free 3 day ship and no tax where I'm at, but I'm thinking of canceling it and just waiting until Christmas. Decisions! *edit* Got the price awhile back, they have raised it since.

Thanks for the info. on response times! Not in too much of a hurry since I won't be returning my order, but I would like to see about getting a replacement or something. Three hours!? That's amazing. I'm going to push for a plushie replacement as I was missing the Legem along with 4 other items.

They've never been very quick in responding to my e-mails. For those that have contacted them through e-mail, how long on average has it taken to get a reply?

Ha, things aren't looking good for the reply I will receive... I'd settle for a plushie replacement (and an apology), but it seems like that hasn't been offered to many people. As for the news update, it'll be interesting to see what that comes to.
