Don't forget the extra $10 back AR for declining the free magazine subscription brings the final price down to 324.99 shipped. Personally I'm leaning towards waiting for the new Core bundle to become available at 280-14(5% off)-10(mag rebate)=$256. At that price I can always add the HD later...
