Well, I just got off customer support chat, and they are listed as "not received", according to their records. The person who was helping me said that they'll have to investigate. Since the DS was the highest valued item, and took extra care to package it, I hope they find it or figure out...

And now the second one has been accepted, except for the DS. That one still has the "Not yet received" status. Do handhelds take longer to approve than games? Should I be worried?

My first package was just accepted, still waiting for the second. But the first one wasn't packaged as well as the second, so I assume that one will go smoothly, too.

That's good news. With all this talk about them rejecting perfectly good trade-ins, I was getting worried. When did they receive your shipment? They got mine on Friday, but I assume they're busy with the holiday weekend and all.
