If you can lock your credit card through the cards app, that's what stopped it for me. I went to my Capital One app, hit "Lock Card" and the next time they tried to post that pending charge, it failed and stopped happening. Obviously hard to pinpoint exactly when they'll authorize a charge...

I went the email route ( [email protected] ) with Dell after my order sat at "Order Received" for a while. Got a response back from the Order Modification Team and then the order was confirmed and assigned an order number. Now it's 19 hours later and waiting for the actual $75 XBOX...

Dells website is certainly lacking. So far I'm only seeing $100 and $75 XBOX gift cards, with no way to actually use the search bar for accurate results for other increments.

Series S 1 TB on sale at Dell for $319.99. Spent my free Dell money to cover the full cost. Had credit expiring before Black Friday, so this is probably the best I could do. Thanks Alienware Arena.
