I stopped at the Target on the west bank of New Orleans today on my way home from work, hoping to land a few cheap games on clearance. I had a list of the games printed out as well as the $10 off coupon, and let me just say that if you live in New Orleans.. you're pretty much shit out of luck...

there's a point when a game reaches such a low price that you start thinking "I can bring leftovers for lunch one day this week instead of eating out and that'll wipe out what I paid for this game." I owned I-NINJA on PS2 for christ's sake.. and you know, for 4.99 it's a damned good platformer.

just got back from my local CC.. anybody from New Orleans in here?? I went to the one on Lapalco on the west bank... and they had plenty of ALL of the clearance games (I mostly noticed the 360 ones all being there, because that's what I bought) and they all rang up at the 8.something price.

you know.. you can always just plug an iPod into any set of computer speakers. No need to buy some overpriced, iPod branded device. 8-)

I picked up NHL2K6 (xbox360) for $10 in New Orleans this weekend. The shelves were pretty much empty though.
