This is pretty off-topic, but in what way do you find MMOs random, not familiar, and not requiring hours to complete? I played MMOs for a long time before and I would personally describe them as exactly the opposite.
So from reading this thread and a lot of the complaints here, one of Microsoft's biggest mistakes was not being as 'greedy' as Sony. Because they let you play their exclusives on PC, which Sony would NEVER allow with theirs. That is pretty interesting as it basically advocates corporate 'greed'...
Oh I see now.. that cashforg (won't post the whole name) that recently posted a topic here.
In their terms:
H. Failure to Return Product or Contents Thereto. Under certain limited circumstances, at no fault of ours, we may not be able to return your item and you agree to hold us harmless from...
I think this is what you are referring to: "In addition, we may not return items to you if the number of Rejected Items received from you reaches a limit that is determined by us in our sole discretion."
Wouldn't that contradict the statement above that I pulled from their terms and conditions...
And I haven't seen any trade-in companies that state that they don't have to return items to you in their terms.
It would look really bad if any of them kept rejected trades.. no one would trade there anymore. lol
It says in the terms:
"If we cancel a trade-in that you have already shipped, we will return the item to you at no additional cost."
So I don't see where it says they are not obligated to ship it back?
Besides that choosing to keep items would probably not hold up in court, like Darby said...
Thanks for the advice! I hope that they are actually grading them.
When I first opened the email I looked at the condition and it said 'Good' for all items and I thought "Yes!", since some of them were cartridge only DS games. Then I looked a bit to the right where the gift card amount should...
I just had two trades that I sent in graded as 'Expired', even though it was not past the ship by date.. They arrived a bit more than 20 days after the trade submission date.
So.. it seems like they will not honor the extended dates. At least not in my case.
There is also no indication that...
On NorAm's website: "Buyer and distributor of overstock and wholesale media products."
On the BBB site:
"NorAm International Partners, In specializes in wholesale online distribution of new and used DVDs, CDs and Video Games."
NextWorth's wiki: "electronics trade-in and recycling service"
On...
I can see that for Amazon. But why for NextWorth? NextWorth only does trade-ins and recycling. Wouldn't it make more sense for them to process trade-ins themselves...? They basically are in the same business as NorAm.
Did anyone else notice that the NextWorth Trade In location (for Target and etc. trade-ins) is in exactly the same place as AFS?
That is a little odd? Based on that I would think that NextWorth bought or merged with NorAm, which has almost a non-existent online presence and is supposedly...
