Really? The seal is actually broken. I guess they won't take it then. :( Had to have it repaired by someone in order to fix the "disc error" problem a long time ago. Remember how the early consoles had those faulty optical discs?? :P

For the $100 trade in credit for PS2, does it matter which version they accept? I have a really OLD PS2. It's the version we got at launch, before the slim version came out. It's "techinically" in working order, although it has that crappy disk read error once in a while. Do they really check...

thanks for the info. this is the very FIRST time in which we have ever gotten a console that: a) didn't have to wait for several months and b) didn't require a freakin bundle!!!!!! i just hope it will ship around release day.........

Help! My memory card (SanDisk SD) that I use for my digital camera got corrupted somehow, and I was wondering if any one here knows a site where I can get a free disc recovery program. A program that actually restores AND saves files to my computer. I kinda don't want to pay ~$30 for a program...

Does anybody here know where I can find a good deal on guitar hero + controller, let alone just finding them!!! I have been searching at it through nearby stores, and it seems that the only way to buy it is through the red octane site, in a bundle package. =(
