My reading of the 22nd amendment shows that it only prohibits someone from being "elected" to the office of the president more than twice. So if someone is elected twice, then is elected to be a VP, and then the sitting president leaves office, the VP could assume the presidency for a 3rd time...

The Movies for $2.90 is a good buy for anyone who missed out on that game. It's a Molyneux, wasn't that great but good for a couple afternoon's of play.
