^what state do you guys live in? I'm in California, I'm assuming it's just another trade in issue because of that. What do you need exactly to do a switch trade in btw? I'm hoping it's okay to wipe the memory beforehand as well.

The values weren't the values the app listed, had to have managers override and give correct value. Anyone else have this issue?

Months ago I got an unused trade in credit email and I actually did receive the credit. I did lose a card with a balance on it and don't think I had any on hand when I clicked the link though. Whenever I click that link now it just says the amount that I already got a e-gift card for though. So...

I've been banned a good few hundred short of the limit before and well under the game limit. Most likely you got flagged by a JD. I had the happen to me on a simple trade in because I used the $5 barcode from my phone back when that was a thing.

I saw one at a Redbox yesterday too, just noticed it wasn't located on the app to easily find. Think MLB the Show is like that too.

Didn't see FFXV on the app anymore when I last checked. PVZ and DS3 are the best flips right now.

Thanks for the response, glad it's not just me haha. Finally got back into the Xbox and I'm loving it so far, the console and controller is nicer imo. Though the dashboard/navigating through it is an absolute mess right now.

Was going to post this in the Xbox One backwards compatibility thread, but this gets way more traffic (sorry that it's OT): does getting saves from the cloud take a ton of time for everyone, or is it just my internet? I didn't think Dragon Age Origins saves would take 10 minutes to download.
