Hey I have a question. Let's say that I get the $20 credit for a game, and I want to apply that to a game I already have pre-ordered that is coming out in the future, how would I do so? I assume there is another way other than canceling/re-ordering the game, but I'm not sure.
They're acting like we're trying to get something from them. No, I clearly read the pre-order guarantee. It's just bad business practice to do such a thing, so hopefully the fourth e-mail I send will lend me better results. If not, well it's still the cheapest around, but I may be tempted to cancel.
I envy those that have had their price adjusted. It has taken me three e-mails so far, and all I've got them to do is adjust it to the current $55.99 price tag. Usually I wouldn't care too much, but a price drop is a price drop, no matter how long it was on the website.
