At first I thought this WAS pretty dumb, but it's actually not bad. Open the card, charge ONE of my tuition payments, pay it like I usually do, get my cash back, and throw the card into the garbage disposal. Also, as cool as that would be, I don't think it would work. I'm sure CC companies...
