Best buy deal of the day was the 2.0 starter kit for $14. This was a few days ago.

Technically it doesnt come out until October. It came as a preorder bonus, but Target sold me one. I think it is great. I would get it Think diablo in disney infinity.

So amazon has this ps3 collectors edition for $70. I have infinity 3.0 for the xbox one. If I pick up just the 2.0 software for xbox one, all the players, figures and toy box games are compatible in the collectors edition correct? That seems like an amazing deal. Is it?

Damn. I told myself I wouldnt do these types of games, but the star wars crap suckered me in. I already have 6 characters....

How difficult is the gameplay. I have 5 year old that really has never played video games before. Would this be too much?

I wouldnt entirely agree. Cdpr has been pretty good to its consumers on the first two games. Charging for 30 hours of game play is not the same as horse armor.
