This is what I experienced as well when it first went live...I just kept the mouse over the preorder button and kept clicking away. I ran into the same issue (spinning) at the payment and confirmation screens, but it eventually went through.

They were a little late, and then of course the site is wonky, but keep trying. I managed to get one just a minute ago.

Thanks for the reply. I'm not worried about an employee trying to screw me over as the people at my GS are very helpful (I told them that I was going to need to get mine exchanged (Project Scorpio Edition), and that they were showing available online, so they ordered one in for me). I'll hold...
