I actually edited the PayPal part in a few minutes later and forgot to take that into consideration. My initial post requested Google Play Credit only and perhaps someone had some sitting around that they weren't going to use. Poor choice on my part to ask for PayPal. I have removed the mistake...

I would consider it relative. A $25 Visa can be used in all markets whereas Google Play Credit can only be used in one. If no one wishes to trade me, then so be it. Thank you for your opinion though.
