As long as people who bought the full set of Vita games from LRG are for sure able to get the last Vita game I am cool with waiting however long it takes. Hard to complain about something that is being given away free as a token of appreciation.

From what they've said in replies to people on Twitter, there will be a Japanese physical version. They claim the way to get an English version is through SLG. I was in the same boat as you. Would rather wait for an ININ release in the US and order it that way in order to cut down on shipping...

Received in the mail today: 2 games from SLG, 1 game from LRG, and a fully shrinkwrapped new game from GameStop. Feel like I need to go play the lottery later on.

I didn't even get a confirm email. Just an email from PayPal indicating that I paid.

I would get the SLG version of Deathsmiles since it will have the DLC on disc, but I still have 7 unfulfilled orders with them dating back over a year. I think I'm about done with them until they can get their crap together and start shipping out some games rather than keep offering up way more...
