The single player blows. But the multiplayer was absolutely TOPS... assuming you could find someone to play with you. It's some of the most fun I've had playing a multiplayer FPS for some reason.

I had the same problem. I also felt like the game was horribly rushed, with collision detection problems, a piss poor storyline, and weak level design. I was a HUGE fan of this series, but Jak 3 was an utter letdown to me.

Just as a heads up: I was able to use the $27 raincheck at Target without any problems. Anyone actually having a problem getting them to honor it? Great game, by the way. A great system for the RTS portion, and lots of fun combat. I still like DW a little better so far, however.

Yep! I went to EB for trade ins and they offered two dollars for three games. Went to Gamestop and they offered $22 (I only paid $15 for the games in the first place, so yay!). I don't even bother with EB, anymore.

Like Macabee said, your opinions on it will likely change as you get older. You can't really give advice on having one until you're at that stage in life where you've got a few kids under your belt, and you've got wisdom on your side. Having a crapload of kids when you only want a couple more...

For what it's worth, Crimson Skies for the Xbox is technically Crimson Skies 2: High Road to Revenge. The story still carried over from the original, so I'd say that counts for something. :)

I don't know. I'm on the third go-through with Fable, and the only other game I've ever done that with is Pirates. Most games leave little interest for me to play through a second time, let alone a third. I think that speaks volumes as to how good the game is. As for not living up to the hype...

I also found HSFore to be a lot more challenging for whatever reason. Plus, I think it's a lot more fun in general. Tiger's awesome if you want some authenticity to the sport, though.

Baldur's Gate 2 Collector's Edition for the PC. For console, probably Samurai Warriors. It's not rare, but it's really the only game I'll ever need, so what more to want?

Odd. I thought I was the only person who likes Outlaw Volleyball. That game is WAY underrated.
