I've been through every episode of Season 4 and didn't encounter this problem once on my PS3 (CECHL01).

Stumbled across this by accident today at the 11290 West Broad Street store in Richmond VA. Their clearance shelves were practically empty (couldn't have been more than about 2 or 3 games for each format), so it's a miracle FFTA2 was still sitting there. I may have picked up the last copy...
