Do you get any kind of confirmation at all when you buy from GMG? I pre-ordered Borderlands 2 earlier and now realize that I didn't get any kind of email, nor can I see the game in my account. However, I do see the charge on my bank account. Submitted a support ticket, but I kind of have doubts...

Microsoft sets content pricing, not developers. They have very little (if anything at all) to do with it. So if you want to complain, direct it to MS, not game devs. That being said, ZA is still a ripoff at 400 points.
