I just did this (and liked your post). There weren't any managers available but I was given a case number and told that a manager would call me back in 3-5 business days.

LOL this is exactly what happened to me today.

For those of us that were denied the $10 GC, and now have to make a second trip to get it, I'd recommend they offer a $20 GC instead for our inconvenience.

what did they say? did you not have the AD? They asked "PM to what?" I said WM & two people immediately said they wouldn't PM WM & that WM issued a price correction.

Target wouldn't PM the free game. Went to TRU & no GC :( Employee said it wasnt in their system, nor was there any signage in the store for it. Fail.

Doubt I'll be able to PM the $10 GC considering that it's not advertised in their flyer or website :(

I thought the same thing. Here's how to get it online. Search for SSBB. It will let you pre-order from the search results. For some odd reason, you cannot pre-order from the game page.

Except you can't pre-order online anymore. So is there no way to get the $10 GC now? Or if I just walk in and buy it tomorrow can I get the $10 GC?
