go onto xbox.com find the international customer service phone number(it's a 425 area code..that's in Washington) and tell them that yesterday you tried to turn on the console( and if your power supply light is orange) and nothing happened..then that tells them power is running from the outlet...

i got my 360 for you birthday on dec. 9th and the damn thing broke in less than a month..three weeks..and then the thing started to freeze up..called microsoft and i just got it back 3 weeks ago
