Short answer No, IF you buy something on discount while a Plus member you get to keep it after your plus subscription expires however, Everything that was Free for plus members will not be usable after the subscription expires. Good thing is they all become available when you subscribe again...

At $99 this seems like a no brainer to me. I would also advise to get PS+ and get free PS1 and minis to use with this along with sales exclusive to PS+.

I got it. Impulse is owned by stardock who have been around forever so with "unlimited downloads" of the game I decided to bite the bullet. I already have it on PS3 but this version with awakening and all DLC is much better deal :)

It was along time ago but I believe that happened only with the hyper shoes. I never saw it last for the whole battle though may be a turn.
