The Kinect w/o ac adapter is $20 and w/ ac adapter $25 at GS on Black Friday.  Is the ac adapter required for the trade-in to Amazon?

Same thing happened to me with Tales of Xillia. Should I wait 14 days after the item was delivered to Amazon or 14 days after rejection? I don't see a date of rejection listed in my trade-in account.
