WTF? I received my "good condition" 4GB xbox slim last week and it came completely reboxed and poorly packaged. I wish I had another slim for reference as this particular unit seems rather loud(it's quieter than my arcade unit which sounds like a jet turbine)... might be returning this...

Received my "acceptable condition" copy of resident evil 5 yesterday. The disc appeared to be in great shape but my xbox wouldn't read it... cleaning the disc made no difference. Contacted amazon and was offered a return label for a refund. I asked for a replacement but was told a refund was...

I would like some clarification on this as well...incredible deal if so.

I'd like to trade in a number of games but a few of them such as Dead Space and Army of Two are not the platinum versions shown on Amazon's website. Does this matter? Will they still accept the game for trade if it's not the platinum edition?
