Oh yeah in all Asia and parts of Europe you can return an opened PC game and exchange it for a different one. In there I even bought not pirated expensive game for dollars and still was able to exchange it.

Well I was really load and was not leaving the store when he asked me to. Also I called customer protection service and they couldn't help me also I send a complain letter to EB but that didn't work too.
