I got one and so far it's been working fine. Only had it for 3 days but I have played the hell out of it. It looks BRAND new too. No fingerprints anywhere or anything.

Or maybe it is for 360. It does say "In-Store" only and all I did was look online and not see any 360 version available. It may be a diff. case in-store.
