My order from the 15th switched from a delivery date of 1/9/21 to 12/24/20 to 12/22/20. Christmas will be merrier this year. I also got a new XBOX-X via the Best Buy drop from this afternoon. It was far easier than previous BB drops. I just waited for the button to turn yellow and I clicked on...

i landed a disc PS5 via the Walmart mobile app for delivery on 1/8/21. I kept getting "this item is out of stock" but I kept trying and it actually went through around 4:03 Central. Made sure to not use a CC that might need verification. I'm pretty shocked!

Hmm. After toggling the In Stock switch for my local store, it went from showing all different PS5 systems and bundles and accessories to showing nothing but two external drives.  I hope that doesn't mean I've been hitting refresh for hours for nothing. 

My store is showing inventory for bundles and individual consoles, so that’s good. (It’s also the store closest to Best Buy’s corporate HQ, so not a huge shocker there.) We will see how it goes at 8am...

I hope my misquoting (and rather innocent mistake) didn't ruin the sentiment of the joke or the comic stylings of Sir Jim Carrey for you. If it did, you'll really freak out when I say, "Luke, I am your father." Also, I still want to get a PS5, just to keep things on topic.

And, after getting in within 20 seconds of the queue starting, no movement from over an hour. I suspect a PS5 will be in my hands sometime in 2021.

It went live right around 4:45PM Central. Between refreshing the out of stock product page and and the next refresh to get into the queue, there was about a twenty second gap at most for me...and it was an immediate more than an hour wait. We'll see if that changes. 

I wonder if you were watching the same PS5s I was watching at a MN Target. They've been in stock for a number of days but never available online. I've been getting up at 5:30am for 3 days to see if they would drop them in the morning...but no dice. And then I checked popfindr this evening to...
