Do they put up signs to advertise this because I don't think my Blockbuster is doing this I live in Ontario if that helps, what are good games to pick up and trade in for the bonus?

This is my first time flipping and was curious if this is still possible I have a couple in my city so I was thinking about trying. I have bought stuff before from eBay but never have sold anything how would I go about doing this?
