Thanks for the replies. I went ahead and picked it up via the THQ website to get the pre-order and DLC items. Received my confirmation email immediately. Only downside is being charged sales tax.

Here are the three deals I am considering and would like to get opinions on which one would be the best. Not sure how I'll have time to play Skyrim and SR3 but threw that one in there as well since I am leaning towards option 3 at the moment since the SR3 DLC is unknown in its quality at this...

I saw over at Slickdeals that TRU will have a $10 gift card if you buy Forza 4 once it hits the store. Not a pre-order deal.
