yeah same here they havent sent 1 game on my list yet (3 at a time) but there service was great util now- was getting games every other day very fast shipping.

unless there is more to the story.. They are in the wrong saying you stole just cuz you have 2 of the same copy. I for 1 traded in 3 of the same copy twice in the same store.
