Found a copy of Pokemon Colosseum (box but no manual) for $2 a couple days ago, no bonus disc either, still an amazing find from that store. 

Got lucky and found a cart only copy of Smash Bros for the 64 for $3, couldn't believe it.

Yes, I tested it and it is a real working copy of Pokémon Fire Red GBA for $2.

Found a loose copy of Pokémon Fire Red at a thrift store hidden below a pile of random debris.  Ended up getting it for $2, making it the best find I've had in a long while at that store.

If I'm not mistaken I believe that is a light gun for the Atari XE, I think it came with the console (computer) and a copy of Bug Hunt. Not a bad gun and Bug Hunt was a pretty decent Duck Hunt style game.

That was a great find and deal, but yes, that yellow plastic is a little nasty.

A long time ago I found some old Atari systems/games and a game genie for the NES. Haven't been around any in quite some time though.

I have been going to a mom and pop thrift store for six months now and until today the best things I've found there have been a $1 copy of Tony Hawk Pro Skater mixed in with the CDs and a $20 sealed copy of the two Star Wars trilogies on BluRay.  Today though I found a stash of decent SNES games...
