Not sure how anyone could even buy from a reseller at this point.  Anyone who wanted the special edition has had plenty of time to pre order and it's still available at lamestop as we speak. Either way, I don't see these selling for as much as the fates edition did. Maybe in the long term, but...

You know, I wasn't even a huge Disney Infinity fan but I still feel sad for fans of the franchise. I actually would've been really interested in a couple of those $45 light up figures mentioned in that article. Not to mention the fact that 4.0 was going to feature a full fledged story mode...

I can vouch as being one of the complainers :- Honestly, the worst thing that can happen is they cancel your order, so you might as well give it a shot if your interested. I'm done messing with this site though
