Yeah, the generic automated reply (as in NOT Pamela) always tells you it will be shipped soon. I got that twice when emailed the regular help desk. I didn't find out my order was cancelled until I emailed that Pamela woman. I would give that a shot if I were you.

I managed to squeeze 2 orders in today. I don't even bother creating an account. Just go straight to Guest Checkout. I don't ever use IE for anything, but I notice it handles their website better than Firefox. Maybe it's just me.

You have to create a new account RIGHT before your birthday. I think the system probably updated since the last time you guys signed up. If they missed your birthday (and it was recently), I would just create a new account and set your birthday as 1 week from today. Not fair for Disney to...
