Refurbs never have the same warranties as new systems from MS. If they are like the GS refurbs you get what you buy and unless you buy the extended warranty, you're all but screwed. Usually GS refurbs show up as "ineligible" when you try to register them for repairs.

What is an "xClaim" fix? I see it on your refurb 360s and I am just curious what exactly this entails. Thanks.
