I'm glad that others are confirming this issue. Is there anyone out there with one of these where pressing extra hard is not an issue? As long as I know that this is a problem with all of these controllers then I'll just hold onto this one and deal with it.

i got the coupon to work yesterday. the first eb i went to said i couldn't use it because it specifically said preorders, but the second let me use it after mashing keys on the register for like 10 minutes trying to get the coupon to work. it's definitely worth a shot.

google "agile messenger," it's an instant messaging client for phones, including the ngage. You need to have proper internet service from your cell provider to use it, but it looks great.
