Sounds like the early signs of it, I first noticed the problem in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and it went from my camera slightly turning every now and then at the beginning of the game to where it would full blown rotate around the screen endlessly if not fiddled with.

While we're discussing extreme YMMV deals: I was able to pick up a project Scorpio edition for $300 yesterday from Bargain Hunt, dunno if anyone has those in their area or are lucky enough to have one in stock, but seems about as likely as getting this deal to work for you.
